Why did I create this model? In a single word...OPPORTUNITY!

I felt very strongly that as a Realtor who was starting to generate my own leads, customers, and clients that it was also time to keep more of the rewards. I spent the majority of my working hours operating out of my home which had no effect on the amount of revenue I was generating, in fact, I was generating more.

I started this company in March of 2007 and when most other Realtors were having their worst year ever, I had my best year (which I feel very very grateful for). Not only was 2007 my best year in Gross Sales but by not having to split the commissions with the company, I was able to almost double my revenue for the year.

I have seen many good agents having to work part time jobs at places like Home Depot, Shaw's, waitressing, and doing residential painting. This made me feel even more fortunate having the great year in 07 that I did. Seeing this made me realize that if some of these agents were able to keep more of the commissions that maybe they too could continue, full time, doing what they originally started off doing, selling real estate.

With these thoughts in mind, I came up with my business model for e-Starr Realty a.k.a. OPPORTUNITY.

I feel agents should keep the commissions from leads they generated. I also feel that if a company, be it mine or one of the large Brokerages, generates a lead for an associate that culminates in a closing, that they, the company, does deserve a piece of the pie. For without the generated lead there would have been no commission to split.

My model allows those agents who do tend to generate their own leads to benefit more than any other model I know about.

I also have components in place to assist Sales Agents and Broker Associates with leads if they want to supplement their income. Of course, there will be a split involved but that should be expected.

You may wonder why the $500 monthly fee. Well, to be perfectly honest, there is liability involved on the company side of every deal and there are expenses incurred in order for every company to exist. All you have to do is total up the commissions your Broker took out of your generated revenue for the entire year and compare that to the total fee I'm requesting. I'm sure there is very little comparison.

Figure out the difference between the two models and ask yourself if you could have used that extra income last year. I fully understand this won't appeal to everyone.

No one, not the large Franchises, the large Independents, or even the small ones can be all things to all people.

You have to decide...
You may also question how Clients will react to an agent from a non-nationally branded company.
My answer is simple.
Most, not all, clients hire the agent not the company.

The old Real Estate model is coming to an end. A single agent, with the knowledge and desire to succeed, can compete on a global scale in today's world.

With my experiance i will be able to assist you with some of that knowledge, but you have to supply the desire.
I don't have all the answers but I have tried many different approaches, some have worked, some have failed, attended many business seminars, some worthy, others not, and have run my own company in a service based business, successfully, for almost eight years. All that, plus thriving in a down market affords me some knowledge. I can assist you.

At the end of the day, the Client wants his house sold with the least hassle and for the most money, in the shortest amount of time.
The Buyer wants assistance with finding the perfect home, someone with knowledge of the area, and help with closing the deal.

That comes from the person in the trenches...you, the Sales Associate or Broker Associate, not the company.

With this model I've created, it doesn't matter if your an associate operating in the Lakes Region, the Seacoast, the lovely Sunapee area, the great White Mountains, or along the southern NH border. It works for all...

Be on your own without being alone, generating the kind of revenue you had always anticipated when you started in this industry.

Let me know if this appeals to you or have further questions.
